A BETTER FEELING INDOORS

Indoor air quality.
Start with your home.

Dust, dry air and rooms that feel stuffy are different concerns. Before discussing an add-on, we look at what you are noticing and how your heating and cooling system moves and filters air.

A PURPOSE FOR EVERY RECOMMENDATION

Not every air concern
needs the same solution.

Filtration that fits the system

A filter needs to work with the equipment and the available airflow. We can discuss filter fit, maintenance and whether a proposed filtration change suits your setup—not just the number on the packaging.

Humidity and everyday comfort

If your home feels especially dry, tell us when and where you notice it. Humidity options should be considered with your equipment, home and ongoing maintenance needs.

Air movement from room to room

A stale or uncomfortable room may need an airflow conversation rather than another device. Describe closed-door differences, weak vents and areas that never feel like the rest of the house.

THOUGHTFUL UPGRADES

Know what an addition is meant to do.

Ask which concern the product addresses, what it needs from your existing system and what upkeep it requires. Air-quality equipment is not a promise to eliminate every pollutant or solve a health condition. The goal is a clear recommendation with a defined purpose in your home.

Tune-ups & maintenance

Indoor air quality

Before you book.

Should I choose an air-quality product before the visit?

No. Start with the concern: dust, dryness, uneven airflow or a room that feels stuffy. We can discuss the system and suitable options before you choose equipment.

Will a stronger filter fix weak airflow?

Not necessarily. Filtration and airflow need to be considered together. A filter change should be appropriate for the equipment rather than chosen on filtration claims alone.

Can air-quality work be discussed with a replacement?

Yes. Discuss filtration, humidity and airflow while reviewing the new system so the installation scope and any optional additions are clear before you decide.
