Heating: gas, electrical & airflow
The heating tune-up focuses on the gas system, electrical components and airflow. The purpose is to understand the equipment’s condition and operation before discussing any recommended work.
SEASONAL CARE, WITH SUBSTANCE
Maintenance should tell you something useful about the system you depend on. Our seasonal visits revolve around a thorough inspection, with a different focus for heating and cooling.
DENVER & THE FRONT RANGE

TWO SEASONS. DISTINCT PRIORITIES.
The heating tune-up focuses on the gas system, electrical components and airflow. The purpose is to understand the equipment’s condition and operation before discussing any recommended work.
The cooling visit shifts the focus to the refrigeration system while keeping electrical components and airflow in view. Share any changes you noticed during the last warm season.
An inspection and a repair are not the same thing. If work is recommended, ask what was found, what needs attention and what the proposed service includes before authorizing it.

Tune-ups & maintenance
You can contact us about seasonal maintenance without enrolling online. Tell us about your equipment and we’ll discuss the visit, pricing and membership options.
The tune-up is an inspection-focused visit. If a repair is recommended, its scope and price should be discussed separately. Members receive 10% off repair and replacement options.
Mention that when you contact us. We’ll confirm the maintenance scope and applicable pricing for your equipment rather than assume every home needs the same visit.
Share your ZIP code. We’ll confirm address coverage and appointment availability.
